Q. How do I order a car?
A. You may use our custom-made reservation form online, or you can call us at 1-800-776-6846.

Q. What if I get to the airport, and I can't find my chauffeur?
A. Call our toll free number 1-800-776-6846. Our customer relations representative will coordinate the driver and passenger to meet at a designated location.

Q. What if I need a car A.S.A.P.?
A. Call 1-800-776-6846; usually we can have a car dispatched within 30 minutes. To guarantee a car, it would be more practical to give us 24 hours' notice.

Q. Do you accept credit cards?
A. We accept all major credit cards.

Q. Can I call from anywhere in the U.S.?
A. Yes, we have a 24-hour-a-day hotline. Calls can be placed directly to us from anywhere in the continental U.S. The phone number is 1-800-776-6846 or 1-800-77-ONTIME.

Q. Where is On Time Transport, Inc., located?
A. Our premiere airport limousine service is based in downtown White Plains, New York.

Q. Where will I meet my driver at the airport?
A. All drivers will meet passengers in the baggage claim area with a name plate. If it is an international flight, driver will meet passengers outside custom doors.

"My wife and I used On Time Transport, Inc. when we left for our honeymoon on June 26, 2005. Previously, we had an absolute nightmare of a time with another limousine service in North White Plains. They were late, they were rude, they sent me the wrong limo, they demanded extra money when we were dropped off at the reception hall…you name it, they did it. Naturally we were nervous about the car service that was supposed to get us to JFK on-time for an early morning flight. It is safe to say we were happily surprised. Our driver—whose name, unfortunately escapes me right now—was polite and friendly. He was actually early! He helped with our luggage from our front door to the car and then from the car to the curb-side check in. He also made great conversation, beyond small-talk you would normally expect from a driver. He was actually knowledgeable about the Bahamas and offered some great advice. We have since used On Time to get to LaGuardia and JFK for several other trips. We plan to use On Time every time.
